Privacy Policy

Culmina Consulting
Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who handles it for us, how long we keep it and how you can reach us about it. It applies to everyone who visits the website, wherever you are. We follow Québec’s privacy law (the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector) for all visitors.

1. Who we are and who to contact

Culmina Consulting is a consulting firm based in Mirabel, Québec. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Alex Bousquet, President.

You can reach him at privacy@culmina-group.com for any question, request or complaint about your personal information.

2. What we collect, and why

We collect only what you choose to send us.

Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional) and message. We use them to reply to you.

Prismyx early-access form. Your name, email address, firm, role and message. We use them to contact you about early access to Prismyx, our software product. By sending the form, you are asking us to contact you for that purpose.

Partner program. There is no form. The button opens your own email app with a prefilled message. If you send it, we receive the email and whatever you write in it. We use it to reply to you.

Emailing us directly. If you write to us at one of our addresses, we use what you send to reply.

We do not use your information for anything else. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you or to build a profile of you.

Our website does not use analytics, advertising tools or tracking technologies of any kind, and we do not keep website visit statistics. We do not use any technology that identifies, locates or profiles you.

When a page is delivered to your device, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, necessarily processes technical details of the request, such as your IP address, to deliver the page and protect the website from abuse. We do not use this to identify you, and we do not keep our own logs of it.

3. Your consent

Each form has a short notice beside it that explains how we use what you send. By sending the form, you agree to that use. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@culmina-group.com. We will then stop using your information and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

4. Who handles your information for us

We use the following providers to run the website and receive your messages. Each one processes your information on our behalf, only to provide its service.

ProviderWhat it does for usWhere
CloudflareHosts and delivers the website and receives form submissions. Does not store them.Worldwide, including the United States
Cloudflare Email ServiceSends form submissions to our mailbox by email. Keeps only a delivery record of each message (sender, recipient, subject and delivery status), for up to about 30 days. The content of your message is not kept.Worldwide, including the United States
Microsoft 365Holds our mailbox, where the messages you send us are stored. Our mailbox is kept in Microsoft’s Canada region.Canada. Some processing by Microsoft may take place elsewhere.

We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

5. Information that leaves Québec

Cloudflare and Microsoft are American companies, and their services operate worldwide. Your information may therefore be processed outside Québec, including in the United States, where the laws of that country apply. Before using a provider, we assess the privacy risks of doing so and the protections it offers.

6. How long we keep your information

InformationHow long we keep itThen
Inquiries and partner messages24 months after our last contact with youDestroyed or anonymized
Prismyx early-access requestsUntil early access opens and we have contacted you, and in any case no longer than 18 monthsDestroyed
Delivery records at Cloudflare’s email serviceUp to about 30 daysDeleted automatically

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website does not set cookies. If Cloudflare’s security protection needs to check that a visitor is not an automated program, it may set a short-lived security cookie for that visitor only.

The website stores one item in your browser: your light or dark display choice. It stays on your device, it is not sent to us, and it contains no personal information.

Because the website does not use tracking technologies, it does not ask for cookie consent. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

8. How we protect your information

We keep your information in a mailbox and in the systems described above, and we limit access to the person in charge of privacy. The accounts that give access to these systems are protected with multi-factor authentication. The website does not store form submissions: they are sent straight to our mailbox. We do not keep any database of the information you send us.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise. If an incident involving your personal information creates a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information, as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you access to it;
  • correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal;
  • delete your information, or stop using it;
  • withdraw your consent.

Write to privacy@culmina-group.com. We will answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not give your information to someone else. Because your messages are stored in our mailbox, we search it to find and act on your request.

10. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our answer, please tell us, and we will review it. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy whenever our practices change, for example if we add a new form, tool or provider. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
